What is your return policy?

You can return products within 30 days. This product must be the same one you received, unworn or unused, with all tags on and in the original box. You can get a refund on your item. Please get in touch with us at kilimanjaro.craft@gmail.com to receive return instructions. We cannot accept custom-made items or sale products that are used. If you are an EU citizen, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, giving a reason for the return of the order.
What happens if my order is delayed?
