What is your return policy for wooden lamps?

Our shop gives you a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To return, please contact us at kilimanjaro.craft@gmail.com. Please note that custom and sale items are not returnable, and the return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or defective. EU and UK customers also have the right to cancel their order and return the lamps within 14 days for any reason.
Do you offer free shipping and delivery options for wooden lamps?

Yes! Free standard shipping is applied on all wooden lamps. This also applies to international orders; however, be aware that additional taxes, duties, and import restrictions may be added to your country. Delivery time will depend on the destination and method. We will let you know if delivery experiences delays. If you require it earlier, expedited shipping is also available, but at a fee on checkout.
What happens if my lamp arrives damaged or defective?

If your wooden lamp is faulty when it reaches you, check on the product the moment it reaches you. We shall weigh up the problem and make arrangements for replacement or refund.
